Are you a Mac enthusiast? Or perhaps you are a Mac newbie looking to learn more? If so, you'll be happy to hear that the Inforum has just added a new 20" Intel Core Duo iMac to it's expanding computer offerings! Members of the FIS community can drop by the Information Desk to get login information.

Here are just some of the things that you can do with the iMac:

• Write papers, crunch the numbers and create presentations using Microsoft Office for Mac


• Create a website with Nvu (think Dreamweaver meets open source!)


• Scan documents


• Create movies and edit digital photos using iMovie HD and iPhoto


• . . . and much more!

There is currently no printing available from this workstation, or access to N drives. We're working on a solution for this, and hope to have it up and running as soon as we can.
